Many of my clients have noticed positive changes in their child’s sleep within just a few days of implementing their tailored sleep plan consistently. That said, every child and every family is different and sleep challenges can be influenced by a range of factors, from development and environment to feeding and temperament. If I suspect there’s something underlying contributing to sleep issues, I’ll always guide you toward the appropriate support.
Yes my services are designed to support families from the antenatal period all the way through to age five. Whether you're preparing for your first baby or juggling the needs of multiple children, I can adapt support to suit your stage of parenting and your family’s unique dynamic.
This is where my approach truly stands out. Unlike generic programs, my sleep support is entirely personalized and backed by 17 years of clinical experience and university-level qualifications in child and family health. Many families come to me after other programs or methods didn’t work, often because they weren’t aligned with their parenting style or didn't address the root cause. Together, we create a plan that works for you, whilst looking at the holistic picture of a little one's sleep needs.

Absolutely. Parenting works best when everyone feels informed and supported, and partners are always welcome to be involved in the process and apart of my programs. I have a dedicated partner section inside my program as well to ensure they get the support needed.
Hospital classes are a great start, but they typically stop at birth or basic newborn care. The reality is: parenting begins the moment birth ends. From feeding, sleep, development, and emotional regulation to managing your own mental health and navigating toddlerhood, there’s so much more that isn’t covered in traditional care.
Parenting Made Simple was created to fill that gap, offering real-world tools, expert knowledge, and ongoing support so you’re never left wondering what to do next.
